Do I need previous sales/customer service experience?
No. In fact, sometimes experience in local call centers can be a disadvantage because you have to unlearn “robotic” habits. We teach you the high-ticket framework from scratch. If you are coachable and willing to drop the “agent” script, you can succeed.
Is my English good enough?
You need a conversational B2 or C1 level. You do not need a perfect American accent, but you must be able to hold a natural, fluid conversation without struggling for words. High-ticket setting is about building trust, not reading a script.
Can I do this while working a full-time role?
Yes, absolutely. We have many students inside ESA who have full-time roles. We actually advise you to *stay in your role and learn on the side. Keep applying to roles, and once you get at least a verbal commitment from a client, *then you can put in your two weeks’ notice.
Is this a "passive income" or "easy money" scheme?
Absolutely not. If you are looking for easy money, please do not join. Appointment setting is a legitimate career that requires discipline, thick skin, and constant skill refinement. We build professionals, not dreamers.
What do you guys do?
We train C1–C2 English speakers to become professional appointment setters and help them launch remote careers with international companies.
What is appointment setting?
Appointment setters qualify potential clients and book sales calls for businesses. They don’t close deals—they make sure the right prospects get on the calendar with a closer.
What industry do you teach?
We primarily prepare students for the high-ticket information product industry, where appointment setters support coaches, consultants, agencies, and other online businesses.
How much can I earn?
Compensation depends on the company and your performance, but many graduates go on to earn 100,000+ EGP per month.
